I had seen this little beaded coin purse in a shop in Mexico and pointed it out to Bryan. He totally remembered, bought it for me, and gave it to me for Valentine's Day! It was such a surprising, thoughtful, sweet gift. I love it.
Amelia got a sweet goodie bag of treats and Valentines from Grandma and Grandpa.
And while we were called home from our date early due to Amelia throwing up, we still got to try our hands at the gun range. I did pretty well on the targets, not so well in the reactive range, but it was a fun date and something we enjoy doing together. Instead of Cuban food we had McDonald's drive-thru on our way home, and then The Office on DVR to round out Valentine's Day. All in all, not too shabby.
